Troubleshooting Steps

Prior to submitting a ticket, the following steps should be tried to see if they resolve the issue:

  1. Review your department Slack channel for information related to your issue and any potential workarounds or next steps.
    1. Onboarding Specialists check: #ms-announcements and #ms-onboarding-specialists
    2. Coaches check: #ms-announcements and #ms-coaches 
    3. Physical Therapists check: #dpt-announcements
  2. Log out of CTT/Care Hub (refreshing will slow down the entire system)
  3. Clear your cookies and cache
  4. Restart Chromebook (Hold the "refresh" key and tap on the power button)
      • To restart a Macbook
        • Apple menu: Select the Apple menu and choose Restart from the drop-down list
        • Keyboard shortcut: Press Control + Command + Power/Eject
        • Power button: Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the screen goes dark, then press it again to restart
