Adding a Medium Tier Tag to Replace a Low Tier Tag

• The new Medium Tier workflows will populate after adding the tag.

Actual Behavior

• The Medium Tier tag is added and no new workflows populate.

• Contact Info/ Tag bar in the Care Hub.
