Video Visit Audio Freezes or Gets Choppy

What is the expected behavior for this feature?

  • When joining a VV the audio will remain audible and clear for the duration of the appointment. 

Where is this issue located?

  • Video Visit after joining.



Troubleshooting & Issue reporting tips:

  • Have ONLY 1 Care hub tab open during the time you start the VV.
  • Turning YOUR video OFF may help. 
    • If this doesn't help, the member could also try toggling their video OFF.  
      • Decide what option creates the best member experience before logging off and re-joining OR ask the member what their preference is.
