What is the expected behavior for this feature?
- When joining a VV the audio will remain audible and clear for the duration of the appointment.
Where is this issue located?
- Video Visit after joining.
Troubleshooting & Issue reporting tips:
- Have ONLY 1 Care hub tab open during the time you start the VV.
- Turning YOUR video OFF may help.
- If this doesn't help, the member could also try toggling their video OFF.
- Decide what option creates the best member experience before logging off and re-joining OR ask the member what their preference is.
- If this doesn't help, the member could also try toggling their video OFF.
