PT Unable to Edit Configurator 1.0

What is the expected behavior for this feature?

  • You will be able to edit and save the changes to the configurator.

Next Steps

  • Make sure you have coverage of the member. 
  • Confirm that you DO NOT have Configurator 2.0
  • Check the Configurator VIEW member and click
  • Check the top right corner for DRAFT.
    • You most likely have a draft that needs to either be completed OR deleted.
    • IF you do not have a draft that needs to be deleted, please submit a Freshdesk ticket.
