Care Hub Latency Tips

What is the expected behavior for this feature?

  • The Care Hub will function at a speep that allows a productive cadence to your work. 

Where is this issue located?

  • Care Hub


Troubleshooting & Issue reporting tips:

  • Check your department Slack channels to see if this a widespread issue and, IF SO, make sure your manager is aware of this
  • If you are not seeing this reported please take a few minutes to try the following:

    • On Macbook, quit Google Chrome from the dock

    • Load CareHub in a new Google Chrome instance

    • Do any needed Chrome updates


  • If this doesn't work, please try the following:

    • Log out of Care Hub, clear cache and cookies and shut down your Macbook

    • Restart your Macbook and log into Care Hub.


  • If this doesn't work and it has been at least 10 minutes AND this is a blocking issue:

    • Please report to your manager to escalate
    • IF this isn't a blocking issue, please submit a Freshdesk/ Internal Tools ticket.
