- Check your department Slack channels to see if this a widespread issue and, IF SO, make sure your manager is aware of this
If you are not seeing this reported please take a few minutes to try the following:
On Macbook, quit Google Chrome from the dock
Load CareHub in a new Google Chrome instance
Do any needed Chrome updates
If this doesn't work, please try the following:
Log out of Care Hub, clear cache and cookies and shut down your Macbook
Restart your Macbook and log into Care Hub.
If this doesn't work and it has been at least 10 minutes AND this is a blocking issue:
- Please report to your manager to escalate
- IF this isn't a blocking issue, please submit a Freshdesk/ Internal Tools ticket.
